We'll meet at your home for a photography appointment. I'll give you tips on how to keep your home clean for showings. I'll also explain how I will market your home to potential buyers. After the photographs are taken, we'll start showing your home and considering offers. This step happens now so I don't overwhelm you with too much information at once. I want to provide details for each step and answer any questions you may have.
